ADMISSION

Opening of the College on 15 June for Semester I, II & III, IV & V, VI.

Students seeding admissions to the College have to apply in the prescribed admission forms.

The procedure of admission will be as per the rules framed by the University/ Commissioner of Collegiate Education Bangalore.

Students are advised to read the prospectus carefully before they apply for admission.

Students must take admissions before the last dates fixed by the University for various Classes. Students are advised to take admissions to B.A./ B.Sc./B.Com. Sem III & V Classes before the reopening of the College, without waiting for their results provided they fulfill the conditions.

The last date of admission for B.A./ B.Com./ B.Sc. Sem. I classes with penalty will be announced.

All admissions are initially provisional.

The college has got ‘Linguistic Minority’ status. Hence 50% of intake capacity can be filled by the management and remaining 50% will be filled as per reservation rules.

The Principal is the final authority and have the discretion to accept or reject admission without giving any reason.

If a student is employed at the time of admission or after getting admission he should enclose a no objection certificate from his employer and also a certificate regarding hours of working at the office, otherwise his admission and his performance at the examinations will be cancelled without giving prior notice.

ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE :

For admission to the B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. Semester I course student must have passes the Pre-University Second Year Examination of the P.U.E. Board, Bangalore or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Rani Channamma University. For seeking admission to B.Sc. Semester I Class as student must have studied Science Subjects at P.U.C. or equivalent level.

Students who have passed equivalent to P.U.C. II examination and want to seek admissions to B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. Semester I course should note that the admissions are provisional till the students get final approval of Rani Channamma University.

Students who have passed equivalent to P.U.C. II examination from any other State must produce eligibility certificate of Rani Channamma University while taking admission to B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. Semester I class. For taking admissions to B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. Sem III & Sem V class students must fulfill the conditions prescribed by the University.

Students who registers for Semester-I and who appear for Sem. I exam only are eligible for appearing semester II & onwards.

TRANSFERENCE CERTIFICATE :

  • Student coming from other colleges should ensure that their Transference Certificates are received at this office within time. Otherwise they will not be allowed to fill up their examination application forms.
  • A Student who joins other Institution by leaving this college should send his application for Transference Certificate through the Heads of the Institution where he has taken admission. A fee of Rs. 50/- should be sent alongwith application by furnishing full information such as year of first joining this college, roll number, previous examinations appeared with seat numbers and the results. (attested last exam attended mark lists.)

No duplicate T.C. will be issued
