“Employability Skills Development Training Program”
The Post Graduate Department of College successfully organized KAABIL , a six-day Employability skills Development Training Programme, from 21st July to 27th July 2026, in collaboration with Mahindra Naandi Foundation.
The programme was designed to enhance the employability skills, communication abilities, and overall personality development of postgraduate students through various interactive training sessions. The inaugural session was conducted by Trainer Shri Damodaran J. , while Principal Dr. M. V. Shinde presided over the function. More than 35 postgraduate students enthusiastically participated in the programme and actively engaged in all the sessions. The training significantly contributed to improving their employability, soft skills, confidence, teamwork, and professional readiness, preparing them for future career opportunities..

The program highlighted diverse career opportunities for CS professionals in the fields of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic management. CS Deshpande emphasized the importance of the CS qualification.

The P.G. Department of M.Com conducted Seminar on NET/SET Success: Strategies and Techniques for Excellence, led by Mr. Sadashiv H Meenshikai , an Assistant Professor at Karnataka College, Dharwad. The session concentrated on effective strategies for successfully navigating the NET/SET exams, particularly in the commerce subject.

The Postgraduate Department of Chemistry organized a One-Day National Seminar on “Synthesis of Fluorinated Azides and Pharmacologically Active Derivatives of Carbohydrates” on 16/10/2025. Prof. Vikram Patil, President of the function highlighted the emerging trends in the field of research.
The first technical session was conducted by Mrs. Pallavi Chavan, a Ph.D. researcher at Charles University, Prague (Czech Republic, Europe).
